An Overview Of Our Consulting Services
Written by Tracy A. Phaup

If you read the work of any successful online marketing guru one subject that will always come up is the important of outsourcing as much of the work as you can.

Every day the list grows longer of what is required from an Internet Professional, not even to get ahead, but to keep from falling further behind.

That's partly how this consulting group came into being.

I began building my own team of Consultants in the Spring of 2008.  The first thing I noticed was how difficult it was to find consultants with more than one area of expertise;  I had to hire people capable of performing a  single task or provide a single skill for me.  That meant that I needed a pretty large number of consultants if I was going to be able to recreate myself to the point where I could spend my time on what I do best; identifying trends, creating info products and services that meet powerful needs, using my own creative and innate brilliance and visioneering.  As I hired more and more consultants to help me with my own Internet Marketing efforts I began to develop an ever deepening appreciation for my own innate talents and the depth of my commitment and my long list of accomplishments.  I remember so vividly sitting in front of my computer one evening working with my team for hours to get them to the point where they could actually begin taking on the tasks I needed from them.

I spent four hours simply explaining to my team what they needed to be doing, and how, for the coming week.

I figured out that it was going to take them 20 hours to do the work that took me four hours to give out, so I was coming out ahead with an extra 16 hours of productivity for the week.

And you know what?

It wasn't even noticeable.

That's when I not only came to a powerful realization of what Internet Marketers are up against in their efforts to make money online, it began to dawn on me that I had some priceless services and skills to offer my fellow Internet Marketers that would give them the help they need to reach the level of success they deserve.

Here's some of the services we offer, as well as some of the services we will be offering in the very near future, that address the marketing needs of online Internet Marketers just like you:

Top 10 Reasons To Be Ethical and Live With Integrity
Written by Tracy A. Phaup
June 18, 2008

Choosing to live ethically and with integrity isn't for the faint of heart. It means making choices and dealing with consequences that choosing to lie or otherwise stepping outside the bounds of integrity might help you avoid, at least in the short-term. Here are the top 10 reasons why it's worth the time and energy.

Boy Scout Oath1. It's a great way to keep life simple.

Life is complicated enough already, and it certainly seems like the trend is towards ever increasing complications in our society.

Living with integrity is one way to keep it simplified. You don't have to remember who you told what, or pretend to be something you're not, or to deal with consequences you'd rather avoid which...

2. Saves you time and energy.

Fixing problems that can simply be avoided is an unfortunate waste of time and energy.

If you're up to accomplishing big stuff in the world, this side effect of living ethically and integrously is one that you are going to have to leverage in your favor.

3. It's a small world after all.

I live in bustling Miami, rubbing elbows on a regular basis with over six million people (between Dade and Broward Counties), and yet I am still constantly surprised at the ways I meet people again after not seeing them for years. As a trainer and a coach I've come to appreciate what a truly small world it is. Having always strived to treat people with honesty and to live with integrity it makes it a happy surprise to see them again. And because they're happy to see me too, it preserves my reputation in the circles of my new endeavors and I'm constantly rediscovering new warm market opportunities.

4. It keeps you from burning your bridges.

When you live this way you're not burning any bridges. It is a small world and you never know when you will find it useful to cross back across bridges you thought you were done with.

5. Life is a relationship game.

Life is a team sport and the kind of team you have and the kinds of relationships you have with them is going to determine the boundaries of your success, and the level of integrity that you're living out of is going to have a direct impact on the kind of relationship that it is.

Design it wisely.

Do You Have Enough Sharks In Your Tank?
Written by Tracy A. Phaup

Great White shark in your tank

The Japanese have long been known for their appreciation of Sushi as well as the massive fishing industry that has grown up to support it. What’s also been known is that the Japanese have had an unfortunate tendency to over fish their waters in an apparent effort to fish as close to shore as possible so they could bring the freshest fish to market.

As the waters became more and more over fished and captains were forced to go further and further out to sea, Japanese consumers were increasingly unhappy with the quality of the fish that was brought back. As bringing the fish back to shore took longer and longer, they were also lying dead for longer and longer periods of time and the Japanese people could taste the difference.

The fishermen were concerned and were trying to figure out ways to bring the freshest catch back that was possible.

They went to great expense to install freezers on their boats. That way as the fish were caught and began to fill the hold the fisherman could immediately freeze them and preserve as much freshness as possible.

It didn’t work; they could still taste the difference and people didn’t want to buy their fish.

“Well, “ the fisherman thought, “– what if we kept them alive for the entire trip back?”

So now they went to even greater expense to figure out ways to keep the fish in water during the entire trip back so that the fish would still be alive when they reached their port.

But that didn’t work, either; they could still taste the difference.

The fishermen were baffled. How could that be possible if the fish were still alive when they reached land? The fish were packed gill to gill as they were being kept alive in the tank… Could that have something to do with it?
